As you begin your journey into the wild world of crypto, mining & TEXITcoin, you're likely to have LOTS of questions. And that's just fine - we're learning together.
However, because crypto is community-driven, that means you won't have a toll-free support phone number and helpful customer service representatives standing by to take your call.
Before you look for answers to your questions, please read the Mission Control Manual. It's an extremely useful guide to get you started.
We put together a great set of resources to at least get you moving in the right direction. You can find them here in the Knowledgebase, and we're constantly adding more articles as we figure more things out. The KB is broken down into categories, and we're adding more categories as well. So, search or browse the KB for helpful info.
If you can't find the answer you seek in the KB, reach out to the community on Telegram. There are many experienced enthusiasts in our group, and some of them are even quite helpful! However, remember to be CAREFUL when it comes to trusting strangers; we can't and don't endorse anyone and can only encourage you to use extreme caution when working with members of our community.
Be sure to check in with your sponsor for instructions and answers. Chances are good that if they're familiar enough with our project to invite friends and family to join, they may also know a thing or two about how to perform the basics.
If the community, your sponsor and the TEXIT Rangers aren't helpful, send an email to help@mineTXC.com, and our limited staff will do what they can to point you in the right direction. We currently maintain FIVE email accounts:
- help@mineTXC.com - general inquiries
- commission@mineTXC.com - questions about commissions and USDC addresses
- placement@mineTXC.com - specific instructions and questions about where to place new Miners in your organization
- onboard@mineTXC.com - for people that need help joining us
- money@mineTXC.com - send payment receipts and financial inquiries here
Our staff is instructed to answer every question with a condescending eyeroll and a snarky "did you read the Mission Control Manual?" Then, they'll endeavour to answer your question with a link to the KB article that addresses your inquiry.
Use extreme caution when messaging Bobby. He's not very friendly and does NOT respond kindly when you haven't exhausted every other possible resource.
