Weekly Sales Cutoff and Placement Submission Guidelines

At TEXITcoin, we want to ensure your commissions are processed accurately and on time. To help streamline this process, please take note of the following important weekly deadlines:

Sales Cutoff Time

• All sales for the week must be submitted at the earliest opportunity possible.
• All sales for the week are encourged to be put in BEFORE saturday at NOON ( central time) this allows plenty of time for our team to look over placement request and ensure everything is correct before commission runs.
• As you know there are options for new miners to pay and be put into the system automatically up till Saturday at 7:00pm (central time) - keep in mind by doing this you want to ENSURE YOURSELF that you have done everything right due to the team not being able to make any changes after commission runs and to avoid overwhelming the team with last minute request.
• Any new Miner enrollments or sales made after this time will count toward the following week’s commission period.

Placement Request Deadline

• All placement requests must be submitted by creating a ticket in your back office BEFORE Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon Central).

• This deadline aligns with the commission processing schedule, which runs every Saturday at 7 PM Central.

• Keep in mind that all placement request need to be sent in by a ticket in your back office - we are aware that some put it in the notes on the new miner form but these are not always seen - so please take extra precautions. 

Important Reminder

It is strongly recommended that you submit your placement requests well ahead of the Saturday noon deadline. Submitting early ensures:

• Ample time to review and confirm your request

• Reduced chance of processing errors

• A smoother, stress-free process for the all of us
