How Commission Rewards Are Earned at mineTXC
At mineTXC, our compensation system is built on one simple, powerful principle: there are no free rides. Rewards must be earned through real personal effort and contribution. This ensures the long-term integrity, fairness, and sustainability of everything we do.
We call this concept Commission Potential, and it is the foundation of how you earn commissions with mineTXC.
What Is Commission Potential?
Commission Potential is the total amount of commission you have the potential to earn, based on your personal sponsorships. It is not a guarantee, but rather a running total of the opportunity you've created for yourself by building your network.
Here's how it works:
- Each purchased seat you personally sponsor is worth 1 point.
- Bonus seats (like those from promotions) do not generate points.
- Every point you personally create is worth $1,000 in Commission Potential.
Example:
If you personally sponsor someone who buys a 3-pack, you earn 3 points. That 3 points translates into $3,000 of Commission Potential.
Building and Using Commission Potential
Your total Commission Potential is calculated by multiplying your personal points by $1,000. As you begin earning commissions, each payout you accept is deducted from your total Commission Potential.
For example:
- You create 6 points by sponsoring seats.
- 6 points x $1,000 = $6,000 Commission Potential.
- You earn a $1,000 commission and elect to receive it in USDC, TXC or HASH.
- Your remaining Commission Potential is now $5,000.
No Free Rides
Strategic placement in a team may allow participants to receive "spillover" volume. However, you cannot earn commissions without personally sponsoring others and creating Commission Potential. In other words, you must contribute personally to qualify for commission rewards.
If you haven't sponsored anyone personally, your Commission Potential remains at zero, and you will not receive any commissions until you activate your Commission Potential by sponsoring.
Team Growth and Fun Begin
Once you have personally sponsored and built your Commission Potential, the fun truly begins. As your team grows and generates results, you can earn commissions even if you are not personally sponsoring every new participant. However, to protect the system's integrity, we cap your commission earnings at the total Commission Potential you've personally created.
You can never take more commission than you've personally brought into our community.
This structure ensures that personal effort sets the ceiling on your commission rewards, and team growth accelerates you toward reaching that ceiling. The more you sponsor and build personally, the higher your Commission Potential grows, and the more your team can help you realize it.
TEXIT Rangers: Recognition Beyond Sponsorship
At mineTXC, we also recognize that some Miners spend more of their time helping their teams grow than personally sponsoring new Miners. We understand and appreciate the effort and commitment these individuals make by choosing to mentor, coach, and build strong organizations.
We call these exceptional individuals TEXIT Rangers.
TEXIT Rangers are Miners who have demonstrated a deep commitment to the health and success of the mineTXC community by hosting Zoom calls, organizing and hosting live, in-person events, working closely with their team members, and helping to create extraordinary results for the entire organization.
TEXIT Rangers have no limit on Commission Potential.
If you are concerned about reaching your Commission Potential cap, we encourage you to get involved in leadership activities. By making a meaningful impact on your team’s success, you can be recognized as a TEXIT Ranger and have your Commission Potential limits lifted.
In Summary:
- Personal effort unlocks potential.
- Team success accelerates earnings.
- Commission is always capped by personal contribution unless recognized as a TEXIT Ranger.
At mineTXC, we reward real builders, foster real leadership, and protect our system from the free-rider problems that have plagued so many other programs. Thank you for being part of a community built on fairness, effort, leadership, and opportunity!
