We’ve made it easier than ever to get support directly from your Minetxc dashboard. Instead of sending separate emails, you can now submit messages straight through your account — fast, organized, and all in one place.
Here’s how the new system works:
Step 1: Open the Support Tab
On your dashboard (if you’re on a computer), look for the little green circle with a question mark that says “Support” next to it. Click on that to get started.
Step 2: Select Your Issue
Choose the category that best matches the reason you’re reaching out. This helps us route your message to the right team quickly.
Step 3: Fill Out the Form
Enter the details about your question or issue in the form provided. The more details you include, the faster we can assist you.
Step 4: Submit Your Message
Once your form is ready, hit “Send Message.” Your request will be submitted directly through your TxC dashboard.
