Sponsor Change Policy

Our Sponsor Change Policy is designed to keep the affilate program simple and fair. 

15-Day Change Period

All members have 15 days from the date of enrollment to request a sponsor change.
During this 15-day period, you may switch to a different sponsor as long as the request is submitted through a support ticket within the deadline. Once the change is completed, your new sponsor will be updated in the system.

No Changes After 15 Days

After the 15-day period ends, your sponsor becomes permanent. At that point, sponsor changes are no longer allowed. This rule helps protect the structure, fairness, and prevents ongoing repeated changes.

Exception: Sponsorship Theft Claims

If a request is submitted after the 15 days and the reason involves a claim of sponsorship theft, we will review the situation.

A review does not guarantee a change, but we will look into any valid concerns to ensure fairness.
