REFUND POLICY

At TEXITcoin, we value every member of our community and strive to ensure a positive and transparent experience. While we hope you’ll continue to grow with us, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund guidelines carefully.

1. Full Refund Eligibility - A full refund is available if we are notified before commissions run during the week you are entered into the system.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility -  If a refund request is made after commissions have already ran the week you entered into the system or within 15 days of your entry you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your payment amount.
3.   Wallet and Coin Adjustments -  If you have already received a cold wallet that is in your possession or have a hot wallet and it has mined coins, the current value of those coins will be deducted from your refund amount.
4.  Peer-to-Peer Payments -  If you made your payment directly to a peer and their invoice has not yet been paid, you must contact that peer directly to arrange your refund. TEXITcoin cannot process refunds for peer-to-peer transactions
5.  Referral Accountability -  Please be aware that your referrer may also be affected by your refund request. Our structure relies on the integrity and consistency of our community, so early withdrawals can create challenges for those who supported your entry into the program.
6. Before You Decide - We encourage you to take a moment and consider your options before proceeding with a refund. Many participants who initially had doubts found that waiting a few weeks often allowed them to sell their position at a profit or benefit from additional opportunities within the network. If you are feeling uncertain, reach out to your sponsor or support — we’re here to help you make the best decision for your situation.
