Peer Invoice Delinquency and Enforcement Policy
1. Purpose
This policy establishes the standards, timelines, and consequences for unpaid peer invoices. Its objective is to maintain financial accountability, ensure timely payment compliance, and protect the integrity of the Peer and Affiliate Programs.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals participating in the Peer Program and the Affiliate Program who receive recurring or one‑time invoices for services, equipment, or program participation.
3. Invoice Payment Requirements
All peer invoices are due no later than the end of day each Friday.
Payment must be received no later than the following Monday to remain in good standing.
4. Delinquency and Removal from Peer Program
A peer will be removed from the Peer Program if:
An invoice issued by Friday remains unpaid by the end of the following Monday.
Removal will take effect immediately upon missed payment and will remain in place until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
5. Extended Non‑Payment and Affiliate Program Removal
If a peer invoice remains unpaid for two (2) consecutive months, the following actions will occur:
The individual will be removed from the Affiliate Program.
Hash deductions will begin and continue until the outstanding balance is fully satisfied.
6. Reversal of Discounts and Additional Fees
In cases of delinquency:
The 5% discount previously applied to the invoice will be reinstated to the total amount owed.
Any convenience fees associated with staff time, administrative efforts, or collection attempts will be added to the outstanding balance.
7. Reinstatement Requirements
To regain access to the Peer or Affiliate Programs after removal, the individual must:
Pay all outstanding invoices in full, including reinstated discounts and convenience fees.
Complete any required compliance steps or reactivation procedures as determined by program administration.
8. Enforcement
Program administrators reserve the right to enforce this policy uniformly and without exception. Continued participation in the Peer or Affiliate Programs constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
