In order to expedite the processing of your order, please follow the instructions below:
1) Value your items correctly
We're always happy to trade retail to retail. We know that metals are often worth more than "melt", so we're happy to trade your coins and bars at a fair price. If you've got something that has a respected fair market value, figure out what that is and let us know how you did your math.
2) Box 'em up and send the metals to us:
It's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that your box reaches us safe & sound. We suggest UPS with delivery and signature confirmation. USPS works, but Priority Mail with signature is the way to go as well. Insurance is up to you - it can be costly and rarely actually pays out in the event of a claim, but if it gives you peace of mind, then go for it!
