Help CenterStep 1: Log into Your Account
First, go to [MineTCX.com] and log in to your account. Use your username and password to access your back office. If you’ve forgotten your password, there’s an option to reset it.
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings
Once you’re logged in, look for the **Settings** option in the main menu. This is usually found in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click on it to open your account settings.
Step 3: Find the Address Section
In the settings menu, look for a section labeled **Profile** or **Address Information**. This is where you can view and edit your current physical address.
Step 4: Update Your Address
Now, you can enter your new physical address. Make sure to double-check for any typos or errors. It’s important that your address is accurate to avoid any issues with deliveries or communications.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After entering your new address, look for a **Save** or **Update** button at the bottom of the page. Click it to ensure your changes are recorded. You should see a confirmation message indicating that your address has been successfully updated.
Step 6: Verify Your Changes
To make sure everything went smoothly, log out and then log back in. Go back to the address section to confirm that your new address is displayed correctly.
