Group: What's the Difference?

By now, you may have noticed the Group classification in your profile. 

From time to time, mineTXC makes slight changes to our program, comp plan & reward benefits in the interest of keeping our project healthy and fair. Modifying a comp plan is NEVER desireable, as it can have huge consequences and affect moral across the teams. It is our goal to NEVER go back on our word, and if we make a commitment to you, we intend to keep it. 

However, we will make changes to the program, and introduce these changes or requirements to NEW Miners that join us after a specific date that is made known to our community. This way, we don't break promises, and instead set new expectations with future participants. Once a few grumbles come and go, our community embraces the change and moves forward, with full knowledge that any change made was necessary and done for the benefit of our entire community. All we need to reach our goals is a healthy project; while changes may seem frustrating, rest assured that they are always made to keep us pointed in the right direction.

Remember: each "tracking center" - your spot in the organization - has a value. That's why the Builder's Plan comes with THREE tracking centers. These spots are assets that can be sold, monetized or traded, which becomes especially valuable when new groups are introduced that may not have access to a particularly valuable benefit that has been retired.

Launchies
Welcoming new Miners that join us after our official launch date of March 2nd, 2025, Launchies bring new energy & enthusiasm to our community. 

The only comp plan difference for Launchies is that they receive 100, 200 or 300mh/s for Unqualified Commission, as opposed to the 200, 400 or 600mh/s that Early Adopters and Founder's Club Miners receive.

Initially, Launchies were also not eligible for BOGO hash power upgrades from new seats acquired with Qualified Commission. However, in the interest of fairness, acceleration of the mine growth, and the fact that we forgot to update the Mission Control Manual, Launchies now are eligible for BOGO hash power upgrades for Qualified Commission.

Early Adopters
For Miners that joined us after June 8th, 2024, we congratulate the Early Adopters...you weren't there at the very earliest stage, but you joined us before our official "Launch Date". These Miners jumped in, took the bull by the horns, and gave us the injection of energy and capital we needed to crush through into profitability and set the stage for a successful launch on March 2nd 2025.

Founder's Club
If you joined on or before June 8th 2024, we welcome our brave Founder's Club Miners. Many of these Miners joined before we were live on any exchanges with any type of real market value or convertability. In fact, the TXC network was even offline for a good chunk of this period while we worked out some security issues and moved our nodes into permissioned status. 

For their trust and vote of confidence in the early days, Founder's Club Miners received 500mh/s per seat, and receive a 500mh/s reward for each 1-2-Free bonus.
